【岗位职责】

1.参与产品前期设计阶段的工艺制造流程评估与设计；

2.参与产品DFM样机与图纸的评估，提出相应设计缺陷，并追踪检查研发是否在新产品导入前解决；

3.负责新产品导入时工装夹具需求评估和方案讨论、工艺流程文件的准备，参与对产线员工的培训，使新产品能够按照项目计划时间顺利上线生产；

4.发现新产品在生产过程中的问题,从SMT、DIP、PBA、ASSY、PACK的缺陷分析和记录，并和制造、研发、品质等相关部门共同处理问题，并提供解决方案；

5.及时汇总和反馈试产过程中的问题点，协助项目工程师跟进新产品试产进度；

6.编写试产报告，根据试产过程的问题提出改善意见并录入系统中，追踪研发改善并验证改善效果；

7.量产前做好与量产工艺的交接，提供对应的工艺文件包含SOP、PMP、PFMEA、UPH、试产问题清单。跟踪量产前期问题，确保NPI阶段没有未发现的缺陷流入量产；

8.新工艺，新技术的验证和导入。

【任职资格】

1.全日制大专或以上学历；电子信息工程、自动化、通信工程等相关专业；

2.3年以上的电子产品工艺工程制造和NPI工作经验；

3.熟悉电子产品的PCBA生产、组装、包装工艺和技术；

4.熟悉电子产品的新产品导入流程，制造流程并且参与过新产品导入项目管理经验；

5.良好的office软件运用能力， 熟悉相关的工程软件（ProE/CAD）；

6.具有良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑思考能力、团队合作能力和抗压能力。

7.有较强的发现问题、分析问题、总结问题、解决问题能力；
