【岗位职责】

1. 按照市场部或客户的销售订单、研发订单、Forecast，建立并优化采购计划、生产计划、物流计划等计划管理体系，***限度地确保订单的及时交付。

2. 及时与市场部或客户沟通了解或报告计划执行进展，了解后续订单状况及客户需求。

3. 规划产能需求，审核产能评估报告，并推动召开产能协调会议。

4. 审视原材料库存周转情况，制定行动计划以控制原材料库存规模。

5. 审视因项目取消、产品EOL等原因造成呆滞物料库存，制定行动计划清理呆滞物料全程跟踪管理RMA\RWK返回至出货的安排。

6. 控制EOL物料的金额并监管物料单件报废成本。

7. 按要求准时释放给客户或供应商重要数据/报表，保证数据准确性。

8. 及时监控出货达成率，协调处理生产线影响产出达成的相关问题,了解其对客户造成的影响并补救。

9. 负责供应商平台的功能优化、MRP的上线、MES系统优化及整合。

10. 协同SQE/仓库及时处理来料异常。

11. 及时与供应商对账，按Payment terms安排应付材料款。

12. 主导并推动盘点工作，做好盘点的帐务处理及总结。

13. 定期更新组内相关报告 如周报 月报 季报 年报等。

14. 持续优化供应商交货周期，整合供应商交货途径，降低供应链运输成本

【任职资格】

1、全日制大学本科或以上学历；专业不限；

2、6年以上ODM/OEM供应链管理相关经验；

3. 具有持续提高供应链盈利能力的实战经历；

4. 具有MRP、MES成功上线及系统优化经验；

5. 精通供应链体系规划及建设；

6. 具备较强的库存管理、计划管理、供应商管理等方面能力；

7. 了解保税物料管理及相关业务；

8、英文听说读写熟练。
