职位描述
【岗位职责】
1. 熟悉物料相关的各类标准, 熟悉相关测试设备的应用范围，确保测试的正确执行；能够熟练使用与产品相关的各类测试设备；2. 实施对单一物料、单元电路或整机功能和性能的全面测试，收集并统计所有的试验数据；
3. 实施第二供应商或者新物料引入过程中整机的型式试验和可靠性试验；
4. 实施产品的硬件单元电路测试执行；
5. 落实所有测试过程中的失效器件分析，复核最终结果；
6. 研究新型物料的参数测试方法和可靠性试验方法，编写测试用例；
7. 负责单一项目级别的测试管理和执行；
8. 处理生产和客述中出现的物料工程问题；
9. 协助供应商管理和品质部门完成对供应商的品质管控；
10. 提交试验报告、故障数据报告及分析报告。
【任职资格】
1.电子类、材料物理和通信工程等相关专业全日制本科及以上学历，通过大学英语四级；
2. 1-2年物料、硬件或结构测试经验；
3. 熟悉硬件、物料测试理论、流程和方法，及缺陷管理流程；
4. 熟悉半导体器件、集成电路或塑胶材料的基本性能和参数；
5. 有一定的物料实际应用和测试经验；
6. 有一定的电路分析基础和能力；
7. 了解常规测试仪器的工作机理，熟悉常规仪器的使用；
8. 有电子元器件可靠性方面理论基础，能进行物料失效分析；
9. 具备相关英文技术文档的读写能力。
