1、全面负责项目的技术管理工作，指定项目施工方案和项目执行过程（采购制造、运输和安装）进度计划并进行调整、控制；

2、在项目运行过程中对材料、成本进行控制，包括供货时间、配货状况等；

3、现场协调与业主、设计院、监理、施工队及各相关单位的合作关系，做好公关；

4、了解生产、现场施工，熟悉装配式房屋、集装箱房屋，模块化房屋体系房屋的的生产和制作。

5、熟悉幕墙、钢结构专业施工图集及施工规范等技术要求，熟悉建设工程项目基本建设程序，熟练使用CAD等绘图软件。在钢结构基础上懂土建施工优先考虑，且待遇更高。

6、独立进行装配式房屋结构方案设计、结构受力分析、工程量清单计算和施工图绘制、工程验收

7、有钢结构工程师以及项目管理工作经验的综合性岗位。
8、配合销售员做好钢结构工程项目实施前的技术交流工作。

9、负责和监督施工资料的编写或整理，组织施工完工后的结算和总结。

10、负责项目从前期报价→算料→预算→设计→洽谈→组织现场施工→材料计划采购及管理→质量管理→施工队伍管理→安全管理→竣工进度→工程验收等都能参与其中并能执行。

岗位要求

1、具有装配式钢结构及箱房搭接设计经验，熟悉模块化建筑设计

2、从事装配式房屋、集装箱房屋、模块化建筑经验

3、大专及以上，土木工程、建筑学、室内装饰装潢、集装箱设计等相关专业;

4、具有良好的团队精神和沟通意识，能够组织团队进行房屋产品的设计研发;

5、能熟练设计活动板房、箱房（包括标准房型、异型房型）
6、对集装箱的工艺及建设要求、操作流程比较了解。
7、对集装箱装饰装修的各种材料及行情比较了解。
8、对集装箱的结构及所有相关的操作流程都有一定的了解。
9、有过集装箱、钢结构房屋项目运作的相关经验的优先。
