1、负责消防培训分公司的整体发展规划；
2、负责招生、教学、教研等工作指导与落实；
3、负责教师与助教团队管理，保证教学辅导和服务的高质量；

4、监督教学质量，课程质量的评估及考核、
5、监督辅导质量，服务质量，以及相应的评估和考核

6、协助解决客户投诉意见，提高客户满意率；
任职资格：
1、3年以上消防培训机构工作经验；
2、2年以上校长工作经验；
3、熟悉教务管理 工作流程；
4、懂全部内务管理或者擅长营销类；
薪资构成：（底薪+业绩提成+利润分红+五险一金）
