工作职责：

1. 全面负责传统消防设备、智能消防装备、消防工程及服务等的售前、售中、售后客户咨询解答、客户关系维护、客户满意度提升、客户异议处理等；

2. 收集整理客户信息，并对数据进行分析调研，形成客户调查报告，以供业务中心参考；

3. 来访客户的接待、公司及产品介绍、了解客户的需求，并持续跟进；

4. 负责大客户服务部团队的搭建及管理工作，负责团队建设及培训，增加客服团队的业务技能及专业能力，保证部门工作管理的规范性和有序性；

5. 根据公司发展需要，梳理部门管理规范，制定部门发展规划，并持续优化客户服务标准及流程，完善服务模式；

6. 制定部门岗位及人员规划，建立人才梯队，提升部门员工业务能力和综合素质；

7. 监督本部门的工作流程及规范的执行情况，并及时发现问题、解决问题.

冬季：8:30-17:30

夏季：8:30-18:00
