工作职能：
1、参与售前技术咨询及售后服务工作，为客户提供技术支持；
2、与公司研发及外协企业保持良好衔接，为公司智慧消防系统售前招投标提供技术支持，现场勘测，方案编制；
3、客户使用产品过程中的远程或电话技术支持、故障诊断、问题分析和解决；
4、负责公司技术宣传文档的制作，平台供应链技术协调把关，设备调试日常维护升级等；
5、对内负责公司人员技术培训，定期就专项或新技术培训，对外负责客户技术交流；
6、负责客户项目产品及平台的安装调试，对客户进行设备操作、日常维护等技术培训。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，电子、计算机、网络通信相关专业；
2、了解RS232、RS485、以太网、打印机等接口的使用方法；
3、专业基础扎实，学习能力强，有上进心；懂物联网通信协议、数据库管理；
4、具有良好的沟通表达、人际交往能力，善于沟通和处理客户关系。
