一、岗位职责：

1、调研职业教育、成人资格教育等市场情况，对于职业教育具有自己的独到见解；

2、市场调研后形成完善的方案，做竟对分析及形成商业计划书；

3、采取有效的营销策略，分析潜在客户市场，形成稳定的客户群体；

4、结合公司战略，筹备消防培训学校相关事宜，并培训及带领市场团队与营销团队；

5、组建自己的招生顾问团队，评估团队成员，能持续为公司培养后备人才。

二、任职资格：

1、有5年以上的职业资格教育、成人在职教育招生及运营经验；

2、形象气质佳，亲和力强；

3、个人定位和职业发展清晰、有较强的执行力，管理能力。

4、有较强的沟通协调、组织能力或外联工作经验，工作责任心强；

5、认同公司理念及企业文化，愿与公司共同发展；
