工作内容：

1. 在整个设计流程上协助团队完成项目：概念方案、概念深化、FF&E规格文本、施工图绘制、挑算主材、环境计算等；

2. 了解施工中的工艺和材料,与项目经理沟通学习,将书本知识转化为实际知识；

3. 在设计主管指导下到施工工地和工长协调现场问题、进度和材料商；

4. 负责设计项目资料、图纸等档案的收集、管理；

5. 良好的组织能力和对于不同的项目阶段同时进行处理；

6. 利用不同的设计软件和手绘提供呈现能力；

7. 能够用自己专业的态度代表公司的形象；

任职资格：

1. 室内、建筑、美术设计学历相关；本科优先；

2. 熟练AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Powerpoint, 手绘等；（硬性要求）

3. 对创意设计有热爱、有留意海内外不同的设计风格和设计师；

4. 良好的表达和写作能力；

5. 有组织能力；同时细心、虚心和有责任心；

6. 有良好的学态度、自我启发能力、热情和乐观；

7. 愿意接受挑战和团队安排的不同的协调工作（包括表格制作、材料预定、文书处理等）；

8. 有团队精神；

9. 英文优良者优先。

LivFAMA Designs & Co. is a design firm committed to the continuing pursuit of excellence in all aspects of the design process. With both offices in San Francisco and Chengdu, LivFAMA plays the role of taking challenges in designs of different scales which varies from residential projects to hotels and museums. LivFAMA is dedicated to designing dynamic, exciting and inclusive passions for demanding clients.

We are looking for Assistant Designers/Junior Designers, with creative perspective as the goal, for commercial, residential, institutional and hotel/resort projects. The ideal applicant should have interior design and/or architecture experiences. Recent and current design school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Accepted candidates would be working with LivFAMA in a fun environment involved with designers with different backgrounds.

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist senior designers by participating throughout design phases such as concept, design development, FF&E specifications, constructions, calculations, etc.; 

2. Understand construction and material details by communicating with senior designers and project managers;

3. Manage and assist construction site visit under supervisions by design manager;

4. Coordinate project info, drawings and filings;

5. Solid organizational skills and capable of managing multiple deadlines;

6. Strong graphic presentation using design programs or impeccable hand drawing;

7. Ability to represent the company by conducting him/herself in a courteous and professional manner;

Requirements:

1. Interior, Architecture or Fine Arts related degree (or upon graduating in 2013) ;

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Powerpoint, hand drawings, etc.;

3. Passionate in designs of different styles and designers;

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills;

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

6. Eager attitude, driven, motivated, passionate, happy;

7. Willingness to learn and be given any task (worksheets, materials reserves, admin tasks);

8. Works well with others- team player;

9. Basic English skills preferable;
