岗位职责：

1、与方案设计师沟通配合，根据方案设计要求，准确领会设计意图，负责建筑、室内效果图的设计制作；

2、对设计理念、设计方案把握准确，理解到位，能独立高效地开展设计方案效果图绘制工作；

3、效果图制作手段多样，图面表现力强，设计风格、意图、细节等方面表现准确、到位；

4、进行效果图方案设计、修改、项目跟进，做好项目过程中的配合工作；

5、按时完成部门分配的任务

任职资格：

1、建筑设计、室内设计、环艺、美术或相关专业毕业，3年以上效果图相关工作经验，有较强的审美能力；

2、精通使用3DMax，V-ray、PS、CAD，SU、lumion等相关设计软件；

3、有丰富的建筑、室内效果图模型制作经验，技法灵活多样，能够根据所提供的手绘草图完成效果图绘制，有一定的设计能力和较强的手绘能力， 

4、具备良好的场景设计、材质灯光处理能力，对色彩、光影、有良好的控制力；对装饰材料、工艺等相关知识有所了解，具有良好的艺术修养和审美意识，能独立完成大中型建筑室内外效果图从建模到后期整个过程；

5、有开拓进取及上进心，有良好的沟通、协调能力，吃苦耐劳，性格开朗，有团队合作精神，具备良好的职业道德及文化素养，能承受一定的工作压力。

We are looking for Assistant Designers/Junior Designers, with creative perspective as the goal, for commercial, residential, institutional and hotel/resort projects. The ideal applicant should have interior design and/or architecture experiences. Recent and current design school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Accepted candidates would be working with LivFAMA in a fun environment involved with designers with different backgrounds.
