项目管理部门助理将负责为维塔士集团协调，实施，跟踪和开发已定义的PMO项目。他/她应具有起草，定义，优化项目管理流程的能力，并能够提出计划以提高项目的透明度，效率和交付速度。他/她将负责项目***实践案例的收集，流程本地化以及在本地工作室的实施。他/她将帮助PMO项目在各个工作室和部门进行落地推广和验证项目内容，对项目相关人员进行培训并沟通项目的范围和方向。他/她还需跟踪并向PMO主管和高级管理层报告项目状态。他/她必须具有在动态，快节奏的多元文化环境中工作的能力，并且能够在压力下工作。他/她应该有效地安排和主持在线和离线会议。他/她将会帮助PMO总监协调各个工作室和部门的PMO项目活动。

The PMO coordinator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, tracking and developing defined PMO projects for Virtuos group. He/she should be capable to draft, define, optimize project management process and able to propose a plan for improving the proejcts’s transparency, efficiency and speed of deliveries. He/she is responsible for projects good practices collection, process localization and implementation in local studios. He/She will help PMO projects to validate the projects’ contents across studios and divisions, to train and to communicate the project scope and roadmap to project stakehlders, as well as track and report project status to the PMO director and higher management. He/she must be capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced multi-cultural environment and can work under pressure. He/She should be efficient at arranging and hosting online and offline meetings. He/She will assist the PMO director by coordinating PMO projects activities across studios and divisions.

工作职责

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         协调不同的工作室和部门的利益相关者，实现项目目标，达到预期质量，推动实施效率和交付里程碑成果。

·         全面了解Virtuos现行的游戏开发和美术制作项目管理流程，项目相关的工作流程，工具和范例。

·         安排与不同级别的集团内项目利益相关者的审核会议，并从正在进行的PMO项目中收集项目流程，状态和与项目相关的工作流程，KPI，Dashboard和数据

·         找出流程和模板之间的差距，提出建议加强项目流程，以提高本地项目效率，透明度和沟通能力

·         进行用户研究，以确定他们的需求和过程差距，并提出改进计划

·         通过功能系统和数据库收集定量的项目数据和指标

·         与工程师团队和UI / UX设计师协调，以实现详细的Web布局，UI和UX设计，原型设计，测试，跟踪运行和启动

·         收集小组内项目的设计要求，根据整体的计划、优先级和业务目标，设计、开发、测试和发布功能和原型

·         与PMO总监和其他助理保持联络，针对跨工作室和部门的高效工作方法，提供完备的培训和推广计划为内部和外部用户创建项目管理过程，平台用户手册以及培训内容

·         参与集团内部项目和数字平台的总体设计和配置

·         分析内部和外部生产，沟通和项目管理的工具和系统

·         Coordinating with different studios and division stakeholders to achieve intra-groups projects’ goals, push for implementation efficiency and delivery milestones results within defined quality.

·         Gain a thorough understanding of Virtuos operational game and art project management processes, project-related workflows, tools and practices. 

·         Arrange review meetings with different level of intra-group projects stakeholders, and collect project processes, status and project related workflows, KPI, dashboard and data from ongoing PMO projects

·         Identify process and templates gaps and suggest project process enhancement to improve local project efficiency and transparency and communication

·         Conduct user research to identify their needs and process gaps, and propose improvement plan

·         Collecting quantitative project data and metrics through functional systems and databases

·         Coordinating with engineer team and UI/UX designer to implement the detailed web layout, UI and UX design, prototyping, testing, trail running and launching

·         Gathering intra-group projects’ design requirements. Plan, develop, test and launch features and prototypes aligning with overview platform plan, priorities and business goals

·         Liaise with PMO director and other coordinators to ensure proper training and promotions of more efficient way of workings cross studios and divisions

·         Create project management process and platform user manuals and training content for internal and external users

·         Participate in intra-group projects and digital platform overall design and configuration

·         Analyze internal and external production, communication and project management tools and systems   

 

要求

REQUIREMENTS

·         具有项目管理领域2-3年的工作经验

·         熟悉项目管理方法，例如敏捷，精益管理，PMP或Scrum Master认证。熟悉项目管理工具，例如Jira，MS Project，Asana或Hansoft

·         具有良好的风险管理知识和知识

·         强大的时间管理技能和具有进取心的学习态度

·         可以组织指导委员会并准备演讲，会议记录

·         作为集中管理中心和本地的联络人，能够建立起有效的沟通，能与跨职能团队进行有效协作

·         具有系统推广培训经验，能够影响并增加其他成员参与度

·         具备解决问题的能力，脚踏实地完成工作

·         善于在压力下工作，并能与矩阵组织中的跨职能团队有效合作

·         优秀的中英文书面和口头交流能力

·         拥有工商管理、市场营销、计算机科学、工程、美术设计的本科或者硕士学位，或同等学历

·         游戏产品开发经验和游戏玩家为佳

·         Previous work experiences and 2-3 years in project management areas

·         Familiar with project management methodologies such as agile, lean management and PMP or Scrum Master certification are a plus. Familiar with project management tools as Jira, MS Project, Asana or Hansoft

·         Good sense and knowledge about risk management

·         Strong time management skills and can-do attitudes with a growth mindset for learning

·         Can organize steering committees and prepare of presentations, meeting minutes

·         Excellent communication as an interface from central and local controlling, along with effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

·         Proven ability to provide promotional training and initiatives to enhance other members’ engagement

·         Good problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

·         Skilled at working under pressure and effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

·         MS/BS degree in business administration, marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, art designing or equivalent preferred

·         Game product development experiences and game player preferred
