Responsibilities:

负责新产品导入和扩产协调项目。与设计开发及产品部门合作，确保新设计量产可行性。

- Be responsible for new product introduction and capacity expansion.

- Cooperate with R&D to Check/Perform manufacturability test to ensure new design is manufacturability.

协调团队执行项目实施计划，与各部门协作，确保计划按期完成。

- Work with team on project implementation, ensure the project smoothly and be completed on schedule.

协调可靠性测试并汇报可靠性结果给客户。

- Coordinate reliability test and report result to customer.

Team合作去降低产品制造成本。

- Directly with team on engineering break through to achieve cost reduction.

对产品制造及测试制定品质控制标准。

- Establish criteria and QA plan for controlling quality of product manufacturability and testability

  

职位要求：

工作经验

Working Experience

至少五年半导体行业测试或产品相关工作经验

- Minimum of 5 years experience for testing and products in industry

培训经历

Training Experience

集成电路、半导体封装测试流程相关培训

- IC product and semiconductor assembly and test process related.

专业技能

Specialized Skill

熟悉模拟、数字芯片电路及产品知识

- Proven knowledge of electronic circuits and IC product engineering knowledge required.

良好的项目管理和沟通能力

- Good project management and communication skill.

熟悉半导体工艺流程及半导体物理者优先

- Knowledge of analog IC manufacturing process and physics of semiconductor are a plus.
