职位描述
主要职责:
对需要道路救援的客户提供高效、主动专业的服务响应,基于公司制定的操作流程为客人提供高效贴心的救援服务。
呼叫中心需要每天24小时运营,每周7天为客户提供服务(包括国家公众假期)。工作时间为倒班制,会有夜班,请投递简历前慎重考虑。
-按照公司的标准迅速礼貌地处理呼入呼出的电话
- 根据客户的需求,提供合理必要的高质量服务,以期达到并超越客户的期望值
-确保任务执行和电话沟通内容正确输入到NACS系统之中,以保证后续跟踪能得到及时准确的信息
-在团队合作的模式下工作,确保案件的正确处理
-努力达到部门和个人的任务指标
-执行并完成操作部经理/负责人分配的工作
技能要求:
-能正确理解客户的基本要求
-良好的客户服务意识,能与各类客户沟通
- 可以正确分析客人的需求并给出有逻辑性的解决方案
-良好的沟通能力,人际交往能力和打字能力
-基本的英文运用能力(包括口语和书写)
-中专及以上学历
-具有呼叫中心坐席经验优先考虑
Major responsibilities:
To provide an efficient, professional and proactive customer focused response to requests for roadside assistance, and to coordinate all aspects of assistance in a cost effective and thoughtful way in line with company procedures.
The department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including public holidays).
Assistance Coordinator will be privy to sensitive company and customer information; therefore discretion must be used in communicating with external entities
-To handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards.
-To assist customers as necessary by taking actions to provide high level services according to their needs and strive to always exceed their expectations
-Input the correct actions and correspondence into computer based system to ensure the clients and supervisor are updated accurately and timely on progress.
-Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling
-Work towards achieving on all Objectives set for department and individual
-Work on projects as assigned by team leader and/or Call Center Manager
Skills and Specifications:
-Ability to understand basic customer information
-Ability to handle diverse people, excellent customer service experience
-Should analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and typing skills
-Basic command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
-Technical school graduated or above
-Call center experience preferred
