Job Description:

1、Facilitate daily stand up meetings, iteration sizing, planning, retrospectivesand feature demo；

2、Coaches, trains and guides the feature on scrum methodology；

3、Engage and collaborate with the Product Owner to plan and work, risk mitigation, and update feature status to the

 Engineering Manager；

4、Lead technical team to design and analysis technique solution for projects and products and output technical

 documents；

5、Plan, manage and trace projects, ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule；

6、Work with the delivery team to implement and monitor processes.

Qualifications:

1、Minimum 5 years working experience in IT Industry，minimum 2 year experience in Software Develop Management；

2、Experience in technique solution analysis, design, technical documentation preparation；

3、Experience in dealing with clients；

4、Proven track record in managing customers and meeting KPIs；

5、Degree in Computers Science, Information Technology or Other related territory；

6、VERY FLUENT IN ENGLISH BAHASA (speak, write , read) ；

7、1-2 year experience in back-end system development is preferred；

8、Rudimentary knowledge of development languages (PHP, NodeJS, Golang) and architectures；

9、Familiar with technical task dismantling and resource optimization；

10、Strong technical background, familiar with development, testing and deployment；

11、Software project management ability and technical team management ability；

12、PMP/Scrum Mast certification is preferred.
