岗位职责：

    

1、负责落实集成房屋工程施工及内部装饰装修工程计划，制定各项施工方案、技术及现场管理工作，监督施工现场施工质量、文明规范、工期把控等工作的具体落实情况；

    

2、负责上报产品及主材的安装日期，跟追安装进度与安装质量；

    

3、组织集成房屋各分项工程图纸审核和施工图会审工作，落实各项技术交底按时跟进项目施工及安装进度、按标准拍回现场照片；

    

4、负责跟进项目变更单确认、签字、交付等流程；

    

5、负责解答客户提出的问题，经常与客户进行沟通，保证客户满意度；

    

6、负责协调各种工地问题，接受及处理客户的工程投诉，并妥善解决处理，将结果上报至总经理和总裁；

    

7、完成上级领导交办的其他事务。

    

    

    

任职资格

    

1、工民建、工程管理或相关专业大专及以上学历，3年以上现场施工管理经验，对集成房屋工程施工及现场管理有系统的了解和丰富的实战经验，获取全国二级建造证书者优先考虑；

    

2、熟悉国家、地区及企业关于工程施工管理的政策和知识，熟练掌握集成房屋装修工程施工工艺、材料、安全、质量及进度管理；

    

3、专业技能扎实，有职业操守，工作认真、主动、吃苦耐劳；

    

4、优秀的理解能力及沟通能力，善于组织协调，能协调公司、客户、项目经理之间关系；

    

5、责任心强，执行解决能力强，团队合作精神强。

薪资结构：基本薪资+项目奖+年终奖
