【岗位职责】

1.按照总部全英文教案要求备课，掌握WOW教育理念及教学方法；

2.指导0-5岁的孩子及家长在中心上课，确保课程质量，授课语言为英文；授课过程会运用唱歌、声音模仿、肢体语言等技能；

3.严格遵守教案、教具设备管理规定；

4.根据课程及中心需求准备教具、布置教室、辅助中心环创；

5.举办中心内外的市场活动，会员活动，可按照策划案执行或创编新活动；

6.在中心热情友善地与家长和孩子互动，提供专业咨询及课堂反馈；

7.与家长沟通孩子的发展, 以当面, 电话, 微信、讲座等方式进行。

【任职要求】

1.热爱幼儿教育事业，对孩子有爱心、耐心和责任心；

2.本科及以上学历，欢迎应届毕业生投递简历；

3.英文口语表达流利，能读懂全英文教案；

4.表现力强、乐于沟通，肢体语言丰富；

5.有较强的学习能力；

6.有音乐、艺术特长优先；

7.学前教育、心理学相关专业优先；

8.能适应周末上班。

job responsibilities ]

3. strictly abide by the provisions of the teaching plan and the management of teaching AIDS equipment;

4. preparation of teaching AIDS, classroom setting and auxiliary center ring creation according to the curriculum and central demand;

5. organizing the market activities inside and outside the centers, and the members may execute or create new activities according to the plan;

6. to interact with parents and children warmly in the center, play, establish good contacts, provide professional advice and classroom feedback;

7. communicate with parents about the development of their children, in the form of face-to-face, telephone, wechat, lectures, etc.
