MFG Technical Supervisor’s job will give you chance to learn the most advanced semiconductor industry production process and scientific manufacturing management method, and also give you opportunity to become one of very cool world class operation/people management expert in manufacturing. You can show your great leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity. This job also will bring your speaking and writing English skill into next level through your day to day work practice. We will prepare the training plan for you which will develop you to proficient in performing a number of functions to achieve business objective and improve the working environment & business processes of manufacturing. You also could work with complex issues of safety/quality/delivery compliance, through performance analysis to develop manufacturing process and system which helping improve production efficiency.

  

 Qualification:

 BS/MS degree in technical majors.

 0-3 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related area.

 Excellent written and oral communication skills.

 Strong teamwork spirit and strong problem solving skills.

 Strong sense to understand people and lead a team.

 Willing to work in shift pattern 7-7am/pm with weekly day and night rotating shift.
