1、负责协助猎头进行中高端职位的人才寻访和评价推荐：制定人才寻访计划，通过专业渠道快速寻访候选人

2、了解候选人的发展需求，提供专业的职业规划指导。

 

 

任职要求：

1、大专及大专以上学历（接受应届毕业生）；

2、 普通话标准；

3、 较强的沟通表达能力；

4、较强的抗压能力，踏实认真；

5、 有意向在猎头领域长期发展者优先

基本工资+绩效奖金+全勤+餐费补贴+高额提成
