Primary Job Purpose:

The QC Coordinator is primarily responsible for the management of a portfolio of QC projects, as well as the teams assigned to these projects. In this mission, this person collaborates closely with the QC Manager to coordinate the resource planning, the assessment of methods and procedures used at the department level, as well as the communication between the production teams and the QC Manager.

Responsibilities:

Become the owner of the QC for the projects assigned to your portfolio

• Adapt QC China strategy to the projects of your portfolio.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to help define best strategy to achieve the QC deliverable in terms of planning, scope, missions and technical approach.
• Define and agree on the co-dev framework that will be used inside the project, in line with the QC Manager and Lead site.
• Represent your teams toward internal stakeholders, and proactively communicate through regular reports, meetings, calls and sync with QC China Manager on projects status.
• Identify and implement KPI’s that can correctly measure the quality of our work.
• Ensure the robustness, consolidation and documentation of our processes

Grow a team of experts to test the quality of our most beloved IPs in China

• Acts as a leader for QC team members: coach, mentor, develop and provide career development planning.
• Provide visibility and support to the QC Manager in identifying key people, risks and needs to sustain the development of QC China. 
• Support and advise the QC Manager on promoting the QC team’s activity and deliverables
• Support the QC Manager in the consolidation and implementation of the onboarding and training process for our teams.
• Anticipate skill gaps and organizational needs for projects and work with the QC Manager to mitigate it.

Create value for QC China with your projects

• Share and document best practices with other projects, so they can be reused across the department
• Keep up to date with the latest trends developed in China, and constantly push for innovation in your tests.
