工作职责：

1、负责整个图纸绘制并配合主管进行施工监督；

2、负责施工现场对接与记录；

3、配合主管打造&更新CAD图库；

4、管理&更新材料库（建材、设备与其它）；

5、提供创新施工方式与材料使用；

6、工作文件归档&整理。

任职资格：

1、建筑设计、土木工程、建筑结构等建筑相关专业；

2、熟悉CAD、Sketchup、Rhion、Photoshop、Illustration等制作软件；

3、3年及以上相关行业工作经验；

4、专业基础知识牢固，了解常用施工工艺，了解本行业各项规范及规程；

5、有较强的团队意识，良好的执行能力、沟通能力、分析问题及解决问题能力；

6、工作细心责任心强，在主管安排独立深化设计施工图绘制；

7、有大型项目经验者优先考虑。
