Base in Chengdu

Responsibilities:


· Control general finance/accounting procedures, systems and practices of the operational companies in the area;

· Prepare financial/accounting reports, business analysis, budgets, forecasts and strategic plan, as well as management reports and other legal documents such as BOD meeting presentations;

· Develop finance and accounting systems as well as procedures;

· Ensure adherence to all control policies and procedures as well as control improvement;

· Assist business development within the region, such as preparing investment/risk analysis, participating in commercial negotiation and legal review, etc.;

· Provide financial information to other functions in the operational companies in the area;

· Interact with banks, auditors, insurance vendors and local government functions (i.e. MOFTEC, SAFE, TAX and AIC, etc.) for matters of the operational companies and business development in the area;

· Report to Corporate Office for all finance/accounting and controlling matters;

· Complete other financial assignments arranged by the management of the area and Corporate Office.



Qualification:


· CPA qualification, big 4 CPA firm experiences are preferred.

· Finance related education background, Bachelor, MBA is preferred.

· Three years professional experience or in similar capacity. Managerial experience is preferred.

· Fluent English.

· Good computer knowledge.

· Willingness to take challenge.

· Highly self-motivated and result-oriented.

· Honest with high standards of professional ethic.

· Team spirit with strong communication skills.

· Willingness to travel.
