Responsibilities:

1.Hydrogen business support:
-Provide sufficient support to hydrogen business of project in concept, process, budget, operation and maintenance.
-Provide troubleshooting solutions for hydrogen plants including customer site gases supply system.
-Audit operation follow-up for plant operation improvements.
-Implement and improve SHE standards in hydrogen plants.

2.Maintenance:
-Develop and implement maintenance programs and standards in hydrogen plants.
-Train staff of the hydrogen plants in maintenance programs and standards.
-Audit compliance of the hydrogen plants to these programs and standards.
-Define maintenance strategies depending on different plant’s capabilities.
-Supervise maintenance actions.
-Set up relationship with vendors for spare parts and technical assistance.
-Assist in implementing and improving SHE programs and initiatives in plant maintenance.
-Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications 录用条件:

-Bachelor degree in chemical process/chemical engineering
化学工艺/化学工程学士以上学历
-At least 10 year process or operation experience in plant. Working experience in petrochemical plant is strongly preferred.
至少10年以上工艺流程或工厂运行工作经验。具有石化行业工作经验者更佳
-Fluent written and spoken English.
流利的英语书写及口语能力
