MTM is one of the most upscale spa and skin care brand, now we are inviting a passionate, creative and high caliber candidate to join our team in order to cope with our business expansion.

Responsibilities

· Assist in development of marketing plan and strategies in accordance to the business goals and sales targets.

· Implement all marketing activities and tactical promotions in accordance to corporate marketing strategies.

·Organize ATL, BTL advertising campaigns and PR activities to enhance brand awareness.

·Explore and liaise with business partners for joint promotion programs.

·Participate in the formulation of CRM strategies for membership loyalty and retention program, as well drive initiatives for customer acquisition.

·Establish close relationship with media in order to plan and gain best media exposure and coverage of the brands.

·Conduct market analysis and performance review of marketing programs.

·Support the set up for any events and activities.

·Assist any other ad hoc project that may be assigned by the management.

Requirements

· Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.

·At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Beauty / Luxury Retail industry.

·Highly self-motivated, creative, proactive, detail-minded and able to work independently.

·Strong communication and organization skills.

·Familiar with MS Office, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

·Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

·Immediate available is preferred.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of "Marketing Executive".
