For Siemens Industrial Automation Products Ltd., Chengdu, we are looking for Shift Technical Supervisor in Chengdu.

What are my responsibilities/我的工作职责是什么?

1. Lead shopfloor workers and technicians for electronically manufacturing and assembly.带领团队完成公司生产安排

2. Lead in 5S, Quality, planning, operation and improvement activities. 带领团队保证生产区域的安全, 5S, 质量和持续的改进

3. Lead in equipment troubleshooting in operation team. 带领团队完成设备的保养和故障修理

4. Lead in area machine and process performance continue improvement. 带领团队实现区域设备和工艺绩效的持续改善

5. Support of production processes training to operation team, Spec writing up, working instruction for operation and equipment maintenance, etc. 负责生产操作和维护作业指导书的制定，以及对员工的培训

6. Planning and Reporting of daily operation (In English). 完成日常的生产安排和生产报告 (英文)

What do I need to qualify for this job/我如何才能胜任?

1. More than 2 year equipment troubleshooting and PM experience.

2. More than 1 year station leader or operation leader experience.

3. Good teamwork and Leadership.

4. Good communication and coordination skill both in English and Chinese.
