工作职责:

1.1 Responsible for project quality planning documentation development, including clarify any concerns for project quality issues with sales and technical engineers, develop order related special quality control plans, inspection plan, order related quality work instructions and quality forms, tientify and sign the customer witness items, identify product certification any possible new inspection tools and inspection training.负责编制项目质量策划文件，包括与销售和技术部门澄清有关项目质量控制的任何问题，制定项目特殊质量控制计划、项目特殊质量检验计划、项目专用检验作业指导书与检验记录，识别并签署项目用户监造项目，识别可能的产品认证要求和可能的新检验工具与检验培训需求

1.2 Responsible for quality control of whole project product realization process, including instructing and solving the technique / process problems arising in quality inspectors & testers

daily works, responsible for reviewing any arising internal NCR or nuclear project

s NCR in the product realization process, following-up the inspection and test progress of responsible projects, support customer or its representative to quality witness and organize the resources to solve any quality discrepancy and misunderstanding during customer witness process, fulfill any required product certification, Perform the specified witness activities of QCP at supplier sites, transfer the project quality information to inspectors, testers and other possible personnel, organizing cross-functional meeting to solve the arising quality problems of project executing. 进行合同产品的全过程质量控制，包括指导、解决现场检验与试验人员中出现的技术与工艺问题，负责对检验、试验人员识别的内部不符合报告NCR或核电项目NCR进行判断并提出处理意见，了解负责项目的检验与试验进展情况，掌握质量监造日期， 全程跟踪用户质量监造, 组织资源解决用户监造中出现的质量问题与疑问，完成相关产品认证，按照QCP的要求完成在供应商处的见证，传递相关项目质量信息给相关检验员、测试员或其它可能的人员，组织相关跨部门会议解决项目执行过程中出现的质量问题

1.3 Responsible for reviewing of performance test result, and initiating the NCR and handling requirements to technical department for deciion, and following up the NCR as well.对在手项目泵性能测试结果的评审，启动测试不合格的NCR和测试不合格处理决策给技术，并跟踪处理进度。

14 Project quality review and documentation, including collecting, checking, transforming and filing contract documentation, preparing the quality documentation package to project manager. 项目质量文件审核和归档。包括收集、校核、转抄和归档项目的质量文件与记录， 准备合同项目的质量文件包给项目经理。

1.5 CIP, including identifying any continual improvement possibilities of responsible processes, identifying any 5S/EHS continual improvement possibilities of responsible processes and areas, fulfill any kind of agreed-on and agreed-to CIP programs, proactively learn different kinds of new products and new knowledge, take responsibility for training and qualifying new project quality engineers.持续改进。包括积极识别本人负责的工作区域的过程改进机会，识别本人负责的工作区域的5S/EHS改善机会，完成各种规定的持续改进项目，积极学习各种新产品和新知识, 承担培养和培训新项目质量工程师的职责。

任职资格:

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

"College degree or above, major in mechanics or metal materials.

专科或以上，机械类或金属材料类专业。"

2) Working Experience / 工作经验

"Program quality planning , control and continual improvement项目质量策划，控制与持续改进经验

- More than 1 year experience of quality engineer 1年以上质量工程师经验

In the medium or large manufacturing field, especially in equipment industry 在中大型制造型企业，尤其在设备制造行业"

3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求

"Familiar with metal parts and equipment assembly manufacturing process and quality control methodology, exposure on pump manufacturing and assembling is highly preferable.具有 金属件与设备工艺流程与质量控制方法，***是具有泵行业的工作背景。

"Successful practice of advanced quality tools & methodology, including ISO9001, 8D, ,FMEA, 7 tools, 5W, , LP. GD&T, etc.

熟悉ISO9001, 8D, ,FMEA, 7 tools, 5W, , LP. GD&T,等先进质量工具的应用。

Basic knowledge of 5S/EHS knowledge and practices具备5S/EHS管理基础知识与经验

Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力

Experience in project management有项目管理经验

Computer skill (familiar with Office) 良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office软件）

Familiar with SAP 熟悉SAP
