MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and delivery monthly payroll timely and accurately under limited supervision;

- Prepare monthly salary booking journals to finance department timely and accurately;

- Prepare and claim monthly individual income tax timely and accurately;

- Maintain and update the HRP System monthly;

- Handle daily queries and explain company's compensation and benefits policies to employees;

- Administer benefit programs assigned by the manager;

- Calculate C&B related data and provide reports upon request;

- Maintain effective communication channels with local service agents of C&B programs;

- Assist manager continually improving and optimizing payroll procedures and process in Sandvik China;

- Any other assignments assigned by the manager and HR department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Skillful in MS Office Applications, especially requirement for good excel skills;

• Good command of English;

• Good attitude and teamwork spirit;

• Good communication and organization skills;

• Willing to learn;

• Sense of urgency and timely manner.
