职位描述

Key Accountabilities

1. Industry Planning and Development
Develop industry database and contact information within target industries, business unit and regions
Develop customer management plans, including call plans, primary contacts, etc. based on industry account target list
Engage with suppliers for market/industry information and account leads

2. New Account Selling
Prioritize new opportunities and integrate call planning with Field Sales staff in branches, focusing on our 4 strategic brands
Conduct joint sales calls with Field Sales staff on identified targets, opportunities and introduce or provide recommendations on Hagemeyer products and services.
Follow up with Field Sales on prior sales calls and identified accounts. Drive targets on identified accounts
Engage high value major account prospects and explore / identify longer term strategic product and service needs.
Follow up identified customers for solution selling opportunities. Engage suppliers and internal technical staff in realizing such opportunities.

3. Existing Account Selling
Indentify growth potential accounts with BU Managers focusing on our 4 strategic brands. Set forth targets by revenue and existing/new brands.
Hold regular account reviews meetings to track performance relative to plan
Ensure on-going communication of relevant account information - eg.: documented and agreed product, service and delivery needs.
Identify product, service and solution opportunities.
Work with suppliers in ensuring support on pricing, SPA's/3PA's, technical and other supply chain related requirements

4. Product & Industry Knowledge
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry and market issues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of HAG's pricing policy and engagement arrangements.
Maintain a broad awareness of HAG's products / services includes HAG's value proposition and competitor offerings.
Actively engage in industry specific shows, events, workshops to promote HAG's products and services

5. Adhere to the following

6. Housekeeping and hazard reporting

7. Fulfill training requirements

8. Other tasks /projects as assigned by management

Experience / Background

1. 7~10 years working experience in a sales capacity within a related industry.
2. Proficiency in low/med voltage and/or automation control applications
3. Possess a med/high level of technical of product/engineering aptitude.
4. Have a sizable network between suppliers/ customers in the related region
5. Possess a strong aptitude for sales with a proven track record in product and/or solutions sales over an cross regional structure
6. University Degree in an engineering discipline, or above 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7. CET 4 English advantageous. Native Chinese communication skills mandatory.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
