- 1. Providing a high customer satisfaction as well as efficient and effective processes and supporting tools
- 2. Systematically analyze processes, existing products and new designs to ensure early discovery and resolution of potential quality flaws, and lead to decrease ABB warranty cost in systematical way.
- 3. Proactively identifies suggestions for product quality improvement and communicates them further in the ABB organization and suppliers
- 4. Provides technical specialist leadership and coordination, execute tests in various laboratory de-partments using a complete knowledge of standard references, testing methodologies and request-ed requirements
- 5. Assess component designs, embedded software release, production / testing processes as well as install base management, and drive their improvements as a technical expert in collaboration with suppliers and internal peers
- 6. Lead the communication related to specific sites with performance issues throughout the whole or-ganization and directly with the affected customer
- 7. As PRU responsibility of ACS580MV PCBA platform manager, actively manage and optimize PCBA portfolio, PCBA qualification and supervision of PCBA suppliers

- 3. Manage the assigned resources according to assigned budgets, product roadmaps and assigned tasks.
- 4. Align with global Business Line quality vision. Lead team and cross function work to fulfil quality tar-get

- 1. Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- 2. Strong background in power electronics and electrical drives. 5+ years of experience
- 3. High sense of responsibility and commitment
- 4. Knowledge and experience in total Quality management and L6S
- 5. Excellent communication skills in English
- 6. High degree of intercultural awareness
- 7. Strong analytical skills and systematic working methodology with a high degree of personal initiative
