工作职责:

UFS group is a fast growing team, which focuses on design/implement firmware solutions for UFS markets.

As a firmware engineer, you will work closely with exceptionally talented team members, including Architecture/FW/ASIC/FW test/PE/Flash Design/Customer support/…, to develop YMTC cutting-edge advanced UFS controller firmware. Your responsibilities will be including (not limited to):

- Design and implement firmware across the modules.

- Co-work with FTE to debug for firmware issues with efficiency.

- Tune the firmware performance, latency, power and relative requirements.

负责UFS固件的设计、功能开发、测试以及问题解决。

任职资格:

- B.S. or above in EE, CS or equivalent required.

- 2+ years experiences in firmware or embedded software development.

- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting capability.

- Extensive experiences in C programming and embedded system development; good knowledge on firmware/software development methodologies.

- Knowledge of storage industry standards (UFS/eMMC/SATA/SCSI/AHCI/PCIE/NVMe/ONFI etc) is a strong plus.

- Knowledge of NAND Flash is a strong plus.

- Good knowledge on common core processor, eg. ARM/MIPS.

- Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese.

- Good communication skills to coordinate with different teams.

- Experienced with debug tools, eg. TLA/Scope/JTAG will be a plus.

- Experienced with ARM tool chain will be a plus.

CS,EE及相关专业。

熟练掌握C语言开发，对汇编语言有一定了解。

有嵌入式开发经验，熟悉ARM/MIPS等系统，了解底层软硬件行为如中断，有Linux开发经验的为佳。

对python/perl等脚本语言有一定了解的为佳。

对存储设备，如NAND/SSD/eMMC/UFS有一定了解为佳。
