职位描述：
进行存储器及模拟产品的设计，开发，优化和评估。并且参与新产品或者产品升级，新的设计过程和方法的初期研究，技术开发以及项目的执行。
工作内容：
定义设计和验证嵌入式非易失行存储器（ROM, RAM, NVM）的结构；实现存储器操作的模拟电路；进行晶体管级模拟电路的仿真；按照逻辑和混合信号仿真原则进行模块和芯片级的仿真。
要求：
硕士及以上学历；1年以上在半导体研发领域的工作经验；具备模拟和混合信号设计与仿真的经验；有较强的解决问题的能力；具有团队精神。
Purpose:
Your role is to design, develop, modify and evaluate products and to contribute to research, technology development and project execution resulting in new and/or improved products, processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Defines, designs and verifies architecture for embedded memories and analog circuit, including ROM, RAM and non-volatile; Implements analog circuit blocks for memory operation; Performs transistor level analog circuit simulations; Performs block level and full chip level simulations using logic and mixed-signal simulators.
Requirements:
Master degree or higher preferred; Minimum of 1 year’s experience in R&D center in semiconductor field; Analog and mixed signal design and simulation experience; Strong at problems solving; Teamwork spirit.
