工作职责

    

Responsibility

    

◇ Process characterization / optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.

    

◇ Technical input for "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) and "Work Instruction" (WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.

    

◇ Investigation and reporting of manufacturing process-related failures, determining root cause.

    

◇ Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects

    

◇ Work within engineering group and all departments to maintain team and multi-discipline problem-solving approach and product innovation.

    

◇ Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development.

    

◇ Establish and release new equipment, review and approval of equipment design, work procedure.

    

◇ Conduct equipment's "Factory Acceptance Test" prior to shipment before production.

    

Prepare process validation reports and execute “Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification”.

Job Requirements

    

Education Background

    

◇ University graduate in engineering discipline; major in semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.

    

    

Working Experience

    

◇ At least two years working experience in manufacturing processes development or high automation environment.

    

    

Specialized Skill

    

◇ Strong analytical ability, reasoning and problem-solving.

    

◇ Familiar with Experimental Design, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis.

    

◇ Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and react quickly to changing conditions.

    

◇ Ability to create CAD drawing and free hand drawing is a plus
