工作职责:

"Establish and improve warehouse management regulations, working instructions and SOP.

"Manage warehouse safety, ensure human and stock safety

"Warehouse business goals setting and try to reach the target

制定仓储业务规划和目标，努力实现目标。"

"Build a good team which can understand and exceed customer’s expectations.

"Optimization warehouse layout to maxium use space and logistics equipments.

仓库布局最优化，充分利用场地及设备设施。"

"Budget prepairing and reports making such as stock turnover、inventory aging analyses、warehouse cost analyses、employees performance analyses and so on.

制作仓库预算与仓库相关分析报表（包括库存周转率、库存库龄分析、仓储成本分析、员工绩效分析等）。"

"Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure work efficiently.

协调公司内各相关部门，确保工作流程顺畅高效。"

"Monitor employee implement stocktaking and cycle-counting, ensure stock accuracy.

监督实施循环盘点及定期盘点，确保仓库物料账物相符。"

" Responsible for the implementation the local, state and Global EHS polices in the your area. Coordinate and use of appropriate reporting systems, manufacturing processes and quality programs and processes. Ensure continuing compliance with Global IMS requirements.

负责自己区域内EHS，落实当地政府要求和集团EHS要求，配合全球IMS一体化工作在工厂有效落，对质量，环境保护，安全与职业病防治进行监控。"

任职资格:

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

Bachelor degree or above.

2) Working Experience / 工作经验

Minimum 8 years experience in mechanical manufacturing, pump manufacturing is better

3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求

"Familiar with pump, IE processes, Quality related concepts, manufacturing practices and applications.

Should demonstrate Production Management skills, and should be thoroughly conversant with concurrent concepts such as Lean manufacturing, JIT, Cellular design, 5S, Kanban.

Should have good understanding of ERP systems, production management systems and tools, manufacturing processes related to Foundry and similar production techniques."
