Responsibility:

  

• Production workers management, Build workshop working team, Forming good working habits and working atmospher

• Check production plan and workers arrangement, to finished the daily assembly task.

• To manage the production material, give the feedback. Check production consumable part, keep production active go smoothly.

• ESH management， to solve the safety issues in production line , Planned development of 5S and production safety.

• Improved production line quality, control the production process quality.

• To solve the production-related issues in production and Pilot Run, Cooperate with production process engineers.

• Make worker’s training plan and Give the training to the first line workers about assembly skill and the product quality

• Others job from production department

   

  Requirement:

• Bachelor degree, major in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or related fields,

• 3 year experience about production line management, production plan， production quality and lean, Familiar with on-site problem handling.

• Communication skill and team work

• Proficient in office software, good English skills

• Hardworking, strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, proactive, flexible, conscientious and responsible

• ESH working experience..

• Production plan and Raw material management working experience..
