工作职责:

1、 负责前台电话接听、转接和记录，来访接待，快件收发；

2、 负责员工差旅安排和各类费用报销及管理；

3、 负责公司考勤管理与核算；

4、 员工活动策划与组织安排；

5、 部门报销的填写及发放；

6、 活动的策划及支持工作；

7、 协助人事及行政相关的工作；

8、 领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格:

1、 2021年应届生，行业不限，英语听说读写优秀者优先录用；

2、 端正大方的仪容仪表，良好的人际交往能力、沟通能力，积极的工作态度以及承受压力的能力；

3、 充满活力、有上进心和较强的领导潜能和学习能力；

4、 遵守纪侓和行业规范，具有敬业精神及团队合作意识；

5、 正直诚信，忠于企业，传承企业文化，愿意与企业一起发展成长；

6、 熟练使用office系列办公软件，具备较强的学习能力和自我约束能力，迅速学习新事物，不断掌握新能力；

7、 请附近期1-2张生活照。
