工作职责:

"1. Prepare for project quotation (commercial and technical) independently based on company regulations, technical requirements and possibilities for standard pumps as back up to outside sales.

作为外部销售的替补，根据公司规章、技术要求与标准泵的可能性准备项目报价。"

"2. Daily telephone contacts/telephone sales to customers in region for the selected market segments, e.g. follow up quotations via telephone with customers, inform about actual order situation to customers.

每天与所选市场分区客户进行电话合同/电话销售，比如通过电话与客户跟进报价与向客户告知真实订单情况。"

"3. Process ommercial order incl. internal order confirmation; Follow up with related departments in KSB Shanghai by telephone, email, SAP etc.

处理商业订单，包括内部订单确认；通过电话、电子邮件、SAP等跟进上海凯士比相关部门。"

"4. Follow money collection with customer by telephone and coordinate.

通过电话与协商与客户跟进钱款收取。"

"5. Coordination of customer visits of outside sales.

协调外部销售的客户访问。"

"6. Organize projects and order files according to project numbering/order numbering; follow internal rules.

依据项目编号/订单编号组织项目，整理文档；遵守内部规则。"

"7.Prepare project overall view for outdoor salesman and coordinate RFC with regional sales manager.

为户外销售人员准备项目总览并与区域销售经理协调RFC。"

"8. Coordinate service works for orders handled and customers responsible for.

为处理的订单与负责的客户协调服务工作。"

"9. Carry out and complete other tasks assigned by superior.

执行并完成上级指派的其他任务。"

任职资格:

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

"1. Bachelor degree or above.

本科学历及以上。"

2) Working Experience / 工作经验

"1. 2+ working experience in foreign manufacturing enterprise.

至少两年外资制造型企业工作经验。"

3) Defined Competencies / 素质要求

"1. Excellent communication and inter-personal relationship abilities.

优秀的沟通与人际交往能力。"

"2. Excellent English and competent with Microsoft Office software, network operation.

优秀的英语技能以及办公软件与网络操作能力。"
