Responsibilities

· Design and implement integrated online market strategy to strengthen brand position and Custom Blended Concept of MTM in China Skincare (retail), Facial Treatment & Spa market.

· Increase monthly traffic to the site and online acquisition campaigns to drive business growth and facilitate new client acquisition.

· Develop new market opportunity through social media platform that benefit to the company's brand positioning and business growth.

· Responsible for content management of online community and company websites.

· Enrich the functions of online marketing for different marketing activities and communications.

· Contribute to the improvement of different online channels and make recommendations.

Requirements

· University graduate in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications or related discipline.

· At least 6 years experience in online marketing / business development.

· Solid experience in web technologies, web application design, development and deployment.

· Possess the ability in analyze trends in accurately identifying potential expansion of client and business base.

· Familiar with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, etc.

· Attention to details with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
