职位描述

One of the world’s largest B2B Internet platforms for the fashion and textile industries is looking for a Country Director to develop the Chinese marketplace.

REQUIREMENTS:
? A university degree in a relevant field (such as in marketing or business studies)
? Minimum of five years of sales experience in Textile/Apparel/Service Industry
? Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
? Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team
? Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
? Cantonese is an added advantage

GENERAL SUMMARY:
? Manages sales of the company’s products and services in China-wide
? Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel
? Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
? Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the Director of Sales
? Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
? Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
? Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all of the company’s services
? Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
? Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
? Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top level decision-makers
? Collaborates with Head Office to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
? Reviews expenses and recommends economies
? Holds regular meeting with sales staff

工作职责:
?管理在中国范围内公司产品和服务的销售
?通过积极规划,部署和管理销售人员达成可盈利的增长规划,实现销售收入和利润增长
?确立目标,战略和行动计划,以改善短期和长期的销售收入和利润

工作要求:
?亲自执行重要要客户的销售活动,协商销售价格和折扣
?管理人员,拓展销售和销售支持人员
?准确预测年度,季度,月度的收入来源
?制定具体计划,以确保公司的所有服务的收入增长
?提供季度业绩报告评估销售人员的生产力
?协调适当的公司资源,以确保高效,稳定的销售业绩
?协助销售人员建立个人与高层决策者的联系和交往
