What You Will Do

The following list of duties describes the primary tasks executed by the Development group.  The manager of the group will be called upon to ensure that these tasks get completed.

l  Creating 3D-Models, Drawings, BOM and TFS(Technical Function Specification)

l  Mechanical design, prototyping, Testing,validation support and analysis include requirements analysis, tolerance stackup study, thermal solution and FEA structure analysis etc.

l  Design for manufacture/Assembly with suppliers/plant,Tooling design review and tracking with suppliers for plastic parts/sheetmetal parts/die casting parts

l  Interpretation of the results and adaptation of the design accordingly Selection, Application and Qualification of new components and key suppliers

l  Project leading to meet timing, cost and quality, prepare technical reports and presentation

l  New mechanical technology development and design innovation, including material, structure, function, appearance etc. Global projects or technical support

l  Support RFI/Q, platform development and customer support.Mechanical Process and design standard creation and update.

What You Need

l  5+ years of experience in Mechanical Development using high level R&D techniques

l  MS or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering，Material Science and Engineering,  and other related major.

l  Proficient knowledge in Mechanics, Mechanical design, Material and Tooling etc,.Proficient in 3D design and drawing, familiar with CAD tools (Pro/E/UG/CATIA). Proficient in office software word/excel/powerpoint.

l  Good experience in plastic/Sheetmetal/Diecasting parts design.Good knowledge in stamping process, tooling design and manufacturing.Good knowledge in mold injection processes, mold design and manufacturing.Have knowledge on appearance finishing technique, such as painting, silk/pad printing, chroming, laser etching, backlighting or relevant

l  Excellent English in Written and Oral.Strong communication skills and conflict handling.High responsibility and Ownership

What is Nice to Have

l  Familiar with automotive industry process and tools such as IATF16949, APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA etc

• Engaged in Automotive industry, favorite on mechanical product design.

What Makes You Eligible

• Be willing to travel frequently to domestic and international travel.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
