Job Description

1.？？？？ Lead and mentor a distributed team consisting of permanent and external test resources.

2.？？？？ Support multiple Scrum and Waterfall delivery teams with estimation, planning and strategy for testing connected vehicle solutions.

3.？？？？ Design test strategies, produce test plans and develop test cases by analyzing business requirements, technical architecture and toolsets.

4.？？？？ Manage the creation and on-going development of an automated testing framework for use on the program

5.？？？？ Advocate for QA best practices across project delivery

6.？？？？ Perform (project-level) test lead duties when needed including stakeholder discussions and status reporting.

7.？？？？ Co-ordinate the use and maintenance of test environments for systems across the estate, ensuring best practices for data quality, data consistency and supporting needs of all projects across the program

Qualifications

·？？？？？？ Solid software test management background within a fast-paced business with experience using multiple testing technologies.

·？？？？？？ Experiences in functional test planning, preparation and execution including experience of test design techniques.

·？？？？？？ Experiences in leading and managing a distributed team of test analysts.

·？？？？？？ Excellent communication, stakeholder management and written English skills.

·？？？？？？ Experiences with Agile and Waterfall delivery processes.

·？？？？？？ Experiences in automotive embedded software testing is a strong plus

·？？？？？？ Working knowledge of one or more source configuration management and defect tracking systems.
