1)有一定的制冷知识，对制冷系统设计和组件功能有基本了解
2)2013/2014年毕业的硕士
3)有良好的人际沟通、分析和表达技巧能力
4)能尽快适应工作环境，融入团队
5)有强烈的责任感和进取心，能积极主动、满腔热忱地投入工作
6)良好的英语口同沟通能力与书写能力
7)良好的计算机使用能力，熟悉office的操作
8)自行解决住宿
