Job tasks:
Support IBHR to provide daily HR administrative support
Support handle employees relation related programs and employee engagement activities
Support IBHR on HR related data tracking and analysis
Support IBHR to provide HR related policy inquiry service to employees
Support IBHR on employees’ on board, separation and information change process
Support IBHR on employees P-file management
Support IBHR on providing the system information and running report
Support IBHR on projects coordination
Requirements:
Bachelor or above degree
Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel, PPT.
Good communication skills, easy-going, patient, proactive and intelligent
Good command in English
