Job Responsibilities:

·         Asistance in the analysis of  the customer specification and generate the related work packages (design and verification) to be performed by the teams

·         Asistance in the analysis and evaluatation of customer requirements (RFC, RFI, RFQ and special OEM specifications)；

·         Performing design reviews for each development stage about the work packages schematic, layout and HW-Verification performed by the teams

·         Realization of system designs, schematics and/or schematics integration of hardware applications and functional blocks/modules under consideration of Harman guidelines;

·         Development and Design of In-Vehicle Infotainment Systems, Digital Cockpit sytems or Platforms, activities include schematics design, design integration, simulation,  WCA analysis, Layout guideline..etc.

·         Perform Design verification of function blocks and system level verification, like EMC, Environmental, power mode, thermal strategy, audio routing, video routing … etc.

·         Serve as HW design integration, to integrate partition or modular design and relevant activities.

·         Cooperate with other departments e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Software Engineering during the product development

·         Technical support for internal and/or external staff in the industrialization of function items in an international environment;

·         Global cooperation with peer HW groups and other departments, such as Construction, Quality, Manufacturing and Software;

·         Documentation: Data for Schematic, Layout PCB & Manufacturing, Part List, Alignment, process related...

·         Perform customer issue on-site debug.

·         Support projects in maintenance phase

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Hardware (or equivalent), “211” or “985” is a plus.

·         3+ years hands on experience in Hardware development for infotaiment or relevant products’ applications.

• Experience in both analog and digital circuitry design, proficient in at least one function block is a plus.

·         Experience with HW project management is a plus.

·         Excellent team player and capability to handle with multiple projects efficiently.

·         Proven leadership and managerial skills, capable of independently managing a large team during multiple phases of the project lifecycle

·         Self-motivated; results-driven individual. Highly passionately being with the work. 

• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Substantiated knowledge of IATF16949, S16949/QS9000 like APQP, DFMEA, and PPAP process, as well as ISO26262

• PMP certified is a plus.
