In line with our ambition to expand the business and to become leaders not followers in quality and R&D efficiency we are looking for a Quality and Practice Mentor who can be a cornerstone in enabling our deliveries to enhancecustomer value.
Our aim is to become identified as a trusted and preferred longterm partner of choice for selected customer segments. Our mission is to support and guide our customers in technology shifts, market developments and efficiency demands.
As a Quality and Practice Mentor you will be accountable for:
Based on performance record, maturity level and situation drive efforts in the operations to perpetually improve the organization's capability to deliver.
- Based on the Site/Country situation, operating plan and BU improvement framework drive improvements
- Through thorough analysis and advice keep full control over delivered quality and functionality
- Coach an appointed Country Unit to enable
o Deliveries always on schedule
o Cost control, first class estimation capabilities and continuous monitoring
o SW development quality plan
o Training programs for listed areas
- Separate semi-permanent responsibilities related to the country e.g. CMMI, ISO, PIL etc.
- With peers and stakeholders continuously and regularly synchronize and share experiences/best practices to ensure consistency and a common identity
- Together with colleagues ensuring a streamlined reporting manner that enables follow- up on a customer level.
We believe that you have:
- Strong analytic capabilities
- A track-record as a coach
- Integrity and can make autonomous decisions to build credibility on all levels in the organization.
- Ability to assess needs for change and accordingly create plans and tactics to achieve targets
- Managerial experience.
- Competence in common development methodologies like Agile and Lean
