Job Content:

1.Overall supervision of operations activities in ensuring productive use of man, process, equipment to meet operations goals.
2.Perform shift duties to support production.
3.Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Operators in the daily operation.
4.Strategic plan and monitor the production for maximum throughput and minimum idle time.
5.Co-work with Engineering to get support.
6.Resolve and handle line-related issues, arrange preventive maintenance and understand all equipment capacities /constraints.
7.Organize training and certification for Manufacturing Operators to upgrade their skills.
8.Ensure safety, discipline and 5S management by all personnel and take actions on violators.

Skills / Certifications:
1. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
2. Good at writing skills, reading and spoken in English
3. Good project management skill.
4. Excellent execution including scheduling and following up.
5. Good handling pressure and working with the team.

Others: Willing to perform 12-hour shift
