职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1.Analysis and Design the searching strategy and searching map for every position. Direct research on talents information of the automotive industry
2.Select, interview talents and classify them for various career objectives.
3.Recommendation of the proper talents for specific positions to the clients
4.Follow up the recruiting procedures of clients, tracking the performance of the candidates and ensure the cases were closed with satisfaction of the clients.
5.Coaching the researchers for directions, skills of searching, training them the skills of interview, selecting talents and so on.
6.Developing new clients and keep effective communication with clients, understanding the expectation, culture, strategy of the clients.
7.Management of the cases or projects
8.Developing the team members.
9.Basing on the candidate's profile, being responsible for either individual or team KPIs.
Profile Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor degree of mechanical, automotive, engineering, electronics, automation and so on. Master of these field or MBA is preferred.
2.Bachelor with 6 years of working experience in industrial foreign invested companies or Master with 4 years of working experience is needed
3.Language Skills: Fluent English application both in written and verbal, capable in directly oral discussion with foreigners about industry, professional information and so on.
4.Personality: Passion for communication and building up the relationship with people, willing to help others and cherish the talents; Logical thinking and systematic thinking; Sensitive for the change and willing of control the change; Capability of working under pressure, with tenacity and studious style in work; Good communication and presentation skills
Compensation:
A competitive compensation will be provided, including base salary, commission, and profitsharing bonus and so on. After a required period of service, the employee is eligible for the company's partner policy.
