OPPORTUNITY PRESENTATION
JOB TITLE:
Systems Completion Assistant
COMPANY PROFILE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop execution Work Process Flow Charts and detailed Task Listing.
Provide support to
o The identification of project deliverables which is required to be tracked and validated for completeness status in Completions MCPIM Dashboard for Start-up, Final Handover, and Regulatory Acceptance Requirements.
o Completion Management Team to identify and prioritize needs to meet all completion requirements.
o Identify and associate documents to tag (component).
Interface with Project and Operations personnel where required for the execution of duties and participate in meetings.
Review and be familiar with Project Engineering and Vendor document types, specifically Process Safety Information (PSI) related document and drawings.
Understand As-Built (Redline) documentation process, Back draft Process and ensure the document is tracked from Commissioning and Start-up Close out to Back draft Receipt into Operations Document Management.
Know the types of Operations and Maintenance Required Documents and Punch list outstanding deliverable on a system basis.
Make extracts and continuously updates of PSI Engineering and Vendor Deliverables from Project Document Management Database to Completions' MCPIM Dashboard.
Support and verify system deliverables completeness, accuracy, legibility, proper revision and maintain tracking with applicable metadata for System definition and Scope drawings handling, Component Listing, Process Safety Engineering and Vendor Documents including As-Built, Special Tools, Keys, Quality Verification Documents including Loops, Hydro tests and Procedures Validation, Commissioning completion verification, Final walk-down and Punch list, Custody Transfer Tracking and Acceptance.
Track and validate for the completion status of deliverables through to completion.
Identify gaps in work processes, plans and opportunities for improvement to support the safe and timely completion of deliverables from Commissioning through to Formal Project Completion Acceptance.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Requirements: Undergraduate or higher.
Professional and Technical Title: Engineering or higher professional and technical title.
Professional Background: Computer Technology, Engineering Degree.
Comprehensive Quality:
o High level in "moral character, ability, diligence, performance" evaluation;
o Ability to develop implementation work processes associated with verification of the completion status of project turnover deliverables;
o Ability to identify and prioritize activities and allocation of resources;
o Have strong planning and organizational skills;
o Must be highly motivated and a self starter to be accomplished in the multiple task work environment which will be anticipated.
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are essential.
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS & BENIFITS:
Location: Sichuan.
Rotational - 28/28.
1 Year Contract with possibility of extension.
Pay expenses for flight/train to point of origin in china.
Salary: To be advised and in line with experience.
