Responsibilities:
o Supervise and execute daily delivery by routing and scheduling vehicles and delivery teams / Drivers' activities, and coordinating with customers.
o Conduct day / night route inspection.
o Plan the weekly working schedule and arrange good receiving, QC and storage by liaising internally with the Inventory Control and Transportation Teams .
o Monitor the performance of workers in picking, package and loading based on delivery plan.
o Update product in/out status in the operation system.
o Take part in regular physical inventory count together with the Inventory Control and Finance and Accounting Teams to ensure stock and operation accuracy.
o Ensure proper product storage and rotation.
o Prepare monthly report.
o Assist in warehouse and transportation management, ensure safety at work and security at the warehouse and delivery by enforcing proper work procedures.
o Participate in controlling operations quality and cost efficiently to achieve targets.
o Provide innovation scheme to ensure team compliance of all procedures and seek continuous process improvements.
Assist to build, manage and develop the team through coaching, motivation and leadership.
o Ensure smooth coordination and proper planning of distribution activities by optimizing use of available resources
o Ensure proper execution of distribution activities by complying with all the internal standard operating procedures
o Supervise, delegate, and monitor workers' performance to achieve pre-set performance and operational targets
o Provides support in collecting & analyzing data systems, procedural activities, information flows process, and producing forecast planning for our key customers in the area of logistics management
o Assist to build the operation team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment.

Qulifications:
o Bachelor degree or above major in Warehouse Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
o 5 years or above management experience in manufacturing operation, production, logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
o Good interpersonal, communication, coordinating, organizing, customer-oriented and supervisory skills.
o Independent, committed, pleasant and team-spirited.
o Build and maintain relationship, execution, analytical and problem solving skills, interpersonal and intercultural skills are needed.
Good command of both spoken and written English. Good command of MS office applications.
o High Compliance-Understand and ensure daily operation to be in line with company standard operation procedures and guidelines. Strong safety sense and promote work safety by example.
o Strong learning ability.
