? improves the existing formulations and materials
? creates new colorations
? supervises industrials trials in coordination with Process team
? liaises with Group R/D dept for RM and formulation approval
? updates the RM and formulation database
? assists technically the Operations dept concerning RM and formulations
? leads directly projects or participate to global development projects
? participates to the cost reduction plan with Purchasing dept
? manages the RM team



? 5 years in polymers and formulation
