职位描述
Broad Function:
? Source transportation related service for CN organization as well as the region Asia and Australia;
? Responsible for Procurement KPI monitoring and coordination for Procurement operation;
Principal Responsibilities:
? Responsible for source alternative transportation related service providers;
? Responsible for contract negotiation for external carriers, customs brokers and third party warehouse, etc;
? Manage relationship and monitor the performance for external carriers, customs brokers and third party warehouse etc;
? Be responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs/Cockpils) defined by Department Head.
? Develop and optimize KPI cockpit for Department performance control;
? Be a key user of SAP from Procurement team to work with IT for all purchasing related SAP data and analysis report;
? Undertake different level of reports, meeting minutes, discussion paper, or PPT file etc.
? To participate all necessary activities to assure materials are available on a timely basis.
? Support and ensure that the purchasing procedure is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines;
? Coordination Procurement operation activities in China (including claim process )
? Comply with all REHAU Purchasing RRP related Principle and Policy
? Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Engineering
? 3 years above relevant purchasing experience ideally in transportation service in MNC;
? Focus, extremely organized and positive attitude;
? Must have strong communication skills, and analytics acumen, with a thorough understanding of Manufacturing Information Systems and analytical software.
? Excellent planning, material management, & purchasing skills, and capable of coordinating across several functions.
? Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
? SAP procurement knowledge and excellent presentation skills.
? Good computer skills , especially Microsoft Office Programs
? Good command of written and oral English, Mandarin is must
? Potential for future leadership (optional)
