PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
l Learn and understand requirements of customer
l Familiarize with customer order placement system and fulfillment
l Demand planning based on customer forecast and liaise with production planning
l Placement of orders to plant for fulfillment of customer orders and confirm ETD/ETA
l Follow up on production schedule with both internal plant, and external 3rd party vendors
l Ensure deliveries are made on time and in full on the supply chain
l Handling of stock level, re-order level and execution of re-order and SCM processes.
l Cooperation with related internal and external customers to solve the problems.
l Finish the job on time arranged by leaders.
l Update, review and implement new processes and suggest improvements
REQUIREMENTS
l College above;
l Minimum 3 years experience in a clerical environment
l Minimum 3 years Experience in manufacture company
l Excellent English ability both written and oral
l Familiar with SAP MM and SD model
l Strong ability to organize and analysis, efforts to business as individual contributor
l Take imitative and positive thinking with long term sight
l High focus on top priority and result oriented
l Work under pressure and self-motivated personality
l Good team spirit
l Good communication and cooperation
l Good office software skill
